Important Booking Information:

1. Bookings made for hours between 10.00 pm and 5.00 am should have 6 hours of notice. If making a booking after 6.00 pm (for these hours), please call us at 0477 659 295 to check for the availability of vehicles. In such case an auto email confirmation of booking may not be valid.

2. All pickups at International Terminal of Melbourne Airport attract $10 surcharge. Between 12.00 am - 5.00 am a night surcharge of $15 per booking is applicable.Baby Seats, Booster Seats are charged at $10 per item for every journey. All Card Payments attract 10% surcharge in Australia.

3. On receiving a booking VEC will endovour to contact you for re-confirmation of booking dates and times. If a response is not received from the phone nos. or emails supplied to us at the time of booking, VEC reserves the right to cancel such bookings
